The Woods are all but developed. The Cambridge Downs neighborhood stands where the woods and meadow once sat. Garnet Valley High School stands on the opposite side of the tree line. A few cluster of trees and the natural stream that runs through the land still exist likely as how Dr. Hannum saw it himself.
